Clients matter. Without Clients, we can’t pay the bills. Clients already have problems; they don’t need us to create new ones. Clients deserve more than a quick sales pitch and a case number. So, we offer:

• Consultation with an Attorney:
  With some debt relief providers, you rarely or never get to speak with a lawyer. The person you do speak with has the job of selling you what they offer or making sure you continue paying for their services.  This month they’re selling debt relief programs. Next month, they might be telemarketing someone else.
  
  When you call or email The Ford Law Firm for your initial debt relief consultation, you’ll speak with Attorney Thomas Ford. Later, when you come to our office to discuss possible solutions, you’ll meet with Attorney Thomas Ford. And, when you review and sign any paperwork, Attorney Thomas Ford will be the person explaining it and answering any questions.  Sure, other office personnel at The Ford Law Firm will contact and respond to you for common questions and answers. But at The Ford Law Firm, legal help and advice comes directly from an attorney.

• Same Day Response Times:
  We know your issues and questions are very important to you. And, we know we might not be available immediately when you call or email. And, we know lawyers have a bad reputation for not returning phone calls or emails. So, when clients email or leave messages before 3:00 pm, we get back to them the same day. If we don’t, Attorney Thomas Ford will reimburse the client $50.00*.
• Convenience:
  Our normal business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If that doesn’t work for you, let us know. We may accommodate late or weekend appointments. And, our telephones are answered 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 11:30 am to 7:30 pm on Saturdays. Our principle office is located in Las Colinas, but we have satellite meeting locations in Keller, East Dallas (I-75/Mockingbird), North Dallas(I-35/LBJ), Uptown Dallas, West Plano (GBT/Preston), East Plano (I-75/Park), and Grapevine. We’re experimenting with meeting locations in Tyler.**
• Payment Options:
  At the Ford Law Firm, we realize people with debt problems usually don’t have a pile of money to pay a large up-front fee. If necessary, we offer fair and convenient payment plans that allow for quick relief.
• Solutions, not a Sales Pitch:
  We offer legal representation for bankruptcy, debt settlement, loan modifications, debt modification plans, budgeting plans, credit repair, and more. But, the only thing we’re really selling is the right debt relief solution that works best for you.

AT THE FORD LAW FIRM, we are dedicated to providing you debt relief solutions that fit your needs and meet your goals, at a price you can afford.

*All active client phone calls and emails received before 3:00 pm will be returned the same day by an attorney, paralegal, or assistant qualified to respond. If it is not, The Ford Law Firm will pay the client $50.00. Phone calls and emails received after 3:00 pm will be returned the next business day. If it is not, The Ford Law Firm will pay the client $50.00. This policy only applies Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and other office closings. If the office is closed on a weekday you will receive an auto-reply notification for emails or our off-site receptionist will notify you when you call. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend this policy without notice in the event that technical difficulties or other unavoidable issues cause The Ford Law Firm to be unaware of your communication attempt.
